Shipping & Returns

Considering your desire for quick delivery of your order, we have chosen three ways:

1. COURIER: The delivery of the order is made via the COURIER service the next business day if the order has been made until 10 in the morning and there is product availability.

In many cases products come directly from the warehouses of our suppliers abroad. This may increase the shipping time to 3-7 working days.

If your region is inaccessible, dispatch has additional costs. The shipping cost is proportional to the weight of the products and appears at the end of your order.

2. TRANSPORT COMPANY: The delivery of the order is done after 2-3 days from the delivery of the parcel to the company.

If the products sold have a weight greater than 30 kg and diameter greater than 1 meter, the delivery will be made by a transport agency.

In Gym Products, the shipping cost is calculated by product and determined by the weight and volume of the product.

If the carrier is selected as a sending way, the payment method can NOT be the cash on delivery one but there must precede a bank deposit or a payment by credit card or Pay Pal.

The shipping costs are always charged to the receiver and recorded in the final phase of your order.

In case the products ordered are not available you will be notified by e-mail or telephone about the exact delivery time.

If you agree to the new delivery time you have to send to our e-mail or fax that you are aware and you want the order to remain active.

If the new order execution terms do not meet your needs your order will be canceled.

In case of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) when is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time we will notify you via e-mail, to tell us if you want us to complete your order, under these circumstances.

The transportation of goods is customer's responsibility.


If, for any reason, you wish to return purchased products, you are entitled to do so within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

The products should be in the same condition as received, without having unsealed the packaging and be accompanied by the receipt of purchase or in case of an invoice with the corresponding return delivery note.

In this case you will be charged with the returning cost of goods in our warehouse.


Product returns intended for drinking or skin or mucous membranes application are NOT accepted for hygienic reasons.

If you want to return purchased products, the refund will be completed within 15 days from the day the electronic NUSPRO store will receive the products in the same way your payment has become.
